Itinerary
You leave Tbilisi behind and cross into Kakheti over the Gombori Pass, visit the Tsinandali Estate, and have lunch and a tasting at a family winery before settling into Telavi for two nights.
You leave Tbilisi in the morning and head east into Kakheti over the Gombori Pass, a mountain road that eases you into the region's rural landscapes. Around midday you reach the Tsinandali Estate, a 19th-century estate with landscaped gardens, its own winery and a long winemaking history. From there you stop at a family-run winery for a traditional Georgian lunch paired with wines made on site. In the evening you arrive in Telavi and check in for the first of two nights.

From there you drive to Sighnaghi, a walled hilltop town of cobbled streets and painted houses known as the "City of Love," with wide views over the Alazani Valley. Nearby is Bodbe Monastery, a quiet complex set among cypress trees. Before heading back, you share a final dinner and wine tasting at a local winery, then return to Tbilisi.
